New Site. New Changes. Same Great Customer Service.

Welcome to our new site or, rather, the redesign of our site!  We made some changes internally in our processes and knew that our Web site had to reflect those changes. 

 

We plan to use this blog to share our thoughts on all things communication- and language-related, but we're going to use this first post to talk about some of the changes to the site, and what you can expect from us going forward.

 

Service Changes

 

We made changes to ordering our services.  On our previous site, you could pick the services you needed and have your payment processed through our order page.  That's no longer the case for a good reason:  Many of our services are custom-made, so it requires that we contact you to discuss your needs in detail.  So instead, you'll have a few options of letting us know just what you need:

 

  • Contact page:  Your standard Web form you can complete and submit to us.

  • Web chat:  If one of our specialists is available, we'll chat with you on the spot.

  • Skype:  Just look us up using admin@communicationxcellence.com, and send us a message.  If we're availble, we'll help you out.

 

Once we understand your needs, our billing process will remain the same.  We'll give you a quote, collect your payment and demographic information, and process that payment.  Then we'll set expectations on when we'll get your project completed.

 

Newsletters

 

When you come ot our site, you'll get a pop-up at some point asking if you'd like to subscribe to our newsletter.  Yeah, we know you get a lot of stuff to your inbox.  We're not looking to SPAM you or make your life any more complicated than it may already be.  We're just looking to keep you updated periodically about things that can help you in communication and language.  And as always, our commitment to keeping your information confidential remains just as strong as ever.  We value your information as much as we value you.
